Mesh Flatten and Customized Cutting
Under large flatten machine, the mesh in roll becomes flat, then cut by our professional staff according to customers’ requirements
Pre-treatment and Powder Coating
We equip full-automatic powder coating line with 50 meters pre-treatment process ensure highest standard powder coating.
Packing
Customize the crates according to the mesh size and quantity, and the sheets are separated with water-proof paper to give the safest protection for the mesh

Raw Material Testing
Composition, diameter and tensile strength are tested to ensure up to standard. Spectrometer in-house testing available.

Weaving Process
Mesh aperture and flatness are checked by our professional staff. Any error will be marked and cut.

Powder Coating
Inspect the thickness and uniformity of the coating and test adhesion by scratching and bending.

Finished Products
Check mesh flatness and no tiger lines, make sure the diagonal variance on the 1200mm wide sheets is within +/- 2mm.

Put to Test
Send to the third party to do knife shear testing and do salt spray test in our our own QC room.
